• So sorry to hear that, I had a similar experience in a big store in H@mpshire, felt horrible and like a complete criminal. really wanted to complain to Head office, but equally not sure what good it would do other than draw more attention.

Just had a horrible experience in my local store.
Daughter and I went in armed with our vouchers, I got a cereal/clean/dental shop she did coke/nivea. I went to one checkout she went to next one. I give the SA my voucher and she immediately rings the supervisor, as does the SA my daughter went to. Supervisor takes my voucher and receipt (and daughters) and disappears out the back. SA refuses to tell me what is going on. I am standing in the queue of people waiting, embarrassed, for a good 5 minutes and then the supervisor comes back out with a man whom I presume is some kind of manager as he has a tie and shirt on. He tells me and daughter that he cant take the vouchers and we have to pay for our shopping, leave our name and address on the voucher and he will ring us later once he has checked their validity. I tell him to stick his shopping as I am not paying for it, he is not having my voucher and I am not happy and will be ringing head office.
I go outside feeling utterly humiliated, rang head office and told them my daughter and I had been treated like criminals. She told me she would speak to the store and to go back in after 5 minutes, which I did. The manager person didnt show his face but instead sent an assistant to tell me we could use the vouchers, she also said the reason for this problem was that an email had been received by my store from another store warning of scammers, as they had received some dodgy vouchers. She also told me the store is aware something is going on, she has checked the receipts that have been kept with vouchers and has noticed the same products coming up (Iams etc), and she also said they werent happy about it and were looking for what was triggering it.
So anyway I got to use my vouchers but think I might give that store a miss for a while lol.

If it works that would make everything 76p. I would prefer that to paying 66p for steradent that we don't use.
Thank you

cos despite being quite good at doing this, and being a serial glitcher for years I still get like a rabbit caught in headlights about the fillers and i just happened to be in that aisle.

• Been thinking about this... Is there any way Asda can argue on the T+C that it is fraud based on the potential evidence of a targetted shopping basket?
There is nothing in the T+C about recycling a voucher, which may 'on chance' generate another voucher, and also the vouchers are geniunely being captured using Asda's website.
Asda have the ability should they choose to pull the scheme, but they are choosing not to.

There are a few examples of people being treated horribly (myself included) by staff and security, and I am wondering if it is purely out of spite, or if Asda do have an opportunity to pursue (either Civil or criminal)?

I doubt the limit and breeching it would be a criminal offence as if it was when a store says limit to 6 per customer and you go and get 12 are you really breaking the law?

fraud by false representation or misrepresentation act is very generic and it was for cases to do with serious fraud. However the police seem to use it like they do with other acts.

There is only one way for this to be either way and that would be a test case, and to be taken from a crown court to a higher court.

The main issue with fraud cases is that people take a caution on the basis that its better to do that then goto court. Which is not really the idea of a caution.

right off to shop lol same shop again for me bye

Way to go Pammy!!:T:T
I may be wrong here and have that misinformer thingy. BUT its now asda v waitrose and you have to look on my supermarket to see what is 3 for 2.

You then add your little rice pot with either another: 2,5,8,11 other items. I always use fillers too but I don't think some do if they have enough different items.

This is the same for cleaning which you have done correctly.

I hope I have the poo right as noone has posted a list for awhile now since the change over glitch from Tesco which used the sp conditioner or gel.

You can mix poo and cleaning too I think.

Please Elite read the above I am happy to stand corrected if its wrong.

You're not far wrong there BB...
