If you cannot get a Vodafone signal at home or at work apart from emergency calls is this a breach of contract on their part?
Our new apartment is right in the middle of a vodafone blank point and we just cannot get a signal and when in work i cannot get a signal either, so not really good enough when im paying £60 for 2 contracts.
Anyone know where i stand on this? Its just another day and another Vodafone problem.

Well it's not a breach on their part, as they didn't choose where you moved to did they? You chose to move, that part isn't their problem.
Same with work, it's unfortunate but you're only really able to cancel if THEY made the change such as removing a mast in the local area.0 -

No mobile guarantees a signal in all locations, especially inside, it's just not possible with a radio based network due to building construction to send it everywhere.
As Matty has said as you chose to move you made the change not Vodafone so unfortunatly it's your problme not Vodafones.
However have you asked for a SureSignal, that can piggy back your mobile on your broadband to give you coverage at home.0 -
Have you ever READ the contract you believe the network is in breach of? As others have pointed out, no they're not. Sorry.0

1) Things may change as Vodafone's joint network with O2 rolls out.
2) In the meantime get a Vodafone SureSignal.0 -

Hi samwich1979,
In addition to the advice provide so far you can provide feedback on the two areas you're experiencing difficulties in via our coverage map which can be found via our website.
Although I can't provide a link to it you get to it by hovering over the Price plans section and then click on the 'Network & coverage' link situated under the 'Also in price plans' heading.
The feedback provided is taken into consideration when improvements are being planned.
Thanks,
Lee
