Basket weaving is so much fun, where abouts roughly are you uni?

central Scotland, right in the middle. The lady teaches near me or in Glasgow, but this class is in Glasgow. She and others (all over england) are on the Basket Makers Association website.
CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J

Looking for new car insurance, got some cheaper quotes but they are from companies I've never heard of so not sure whether to risk that or just stick with ones I know, the difference isn't that great.

Ask your current company if they'll match it, win win!

Sorry been very lurky of late, hope everyone's well and YAY for paying off of cc :j

Hi Pippi, sorry to hear about your car. I am glad its not Darwin. I still remember our little picnic sat in Darwin, tea and sandwiches on the seafront with a snoring Peedie on my lap :o.

OH has given me my xmas pressie early. I'm going to a basket weaving class on saturday! :j. The lady running it is going to show us how to source willow and dogwood for baskets (I haven't got a clue!) and we're going to be making a round basket each. I can't wait.

Darwin is in the bad books, but I'm sure he'll be fine and hope the weaving class was fun!

Morning all! So nice to see some faces about the homestead even if its a bit sparse in there

Greying I'll text Keiss and make sure she's OK. Seen her on FB so hopefully.............

Waves to you all will catch up over tea break!:T

  • Life love the universe and everything

Um - hello a bit tardy here works a little overwhelming and busy. But, I have a job and I know I'm lucky.

Looking forward to getting away at xmas :)

Need to check banks and do a list - without my lists I seem to just float along not really getting much done.

    Must focus.

Aside the usual - we've just been mulling along eating reduced food, being pretty frugal and generally bumbling along in a mse type of manner.

    :) honest injun.

  • Ok so money

One account has NOT much in it £13 - left of overdraft - must keep an eye on that and make sure it doesn't go over.

The other account has the wages in - need to pay balance of newly cleared (and now keeping on top of) credit card this week before any interest. :)

Need to budget for xmas spends and start to pay something off the holiday (on oh's cc).
