Have Asda stopped the £2 gift cards if prices were wrong?

In the past, if you bought something and it scanned higher than the ticket price, you got a gift card with the difference plus £2.
Today I bought a ready meal which had a ticket and sticker on the product for £1.70. It scanned at £1.85. I went over to the CSD and only got the 15p back.

Hi,They are still doing them, I got one for the first time last Thursday. I didn't ask, the SA apologised and gave me the card. I thanked her and said that I didn't know they were still doing them and she said yes, they hadn't stopped.0 -
Email customer service and they will send you one in the post, or in my case 3x£2 cards and 1x£5 card. I think someone in their office made a boo boo!0

I just e-mailed them saying that I bought this product (including the barcode) at my local Asda today and it scanned at 15p more than the ticket and sticker price. I went to customer services and only refunded 15p and not given a £2 giftcard.0 -
Couple of weeks ago, I was overcharged. I asked about the £2 giftcard & the girl didn't know.:( She had to ask an older colleague who said that they were still to be given. She then discovered that there were no new giftcards available & she queried if she could re-use an old one. When she was told she could, I offered up my own old one which she re-loaded.
