Setting up Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook on Sky Broadband

Did you enter your account name and password correctly?
Have you be able to log in on the Sky portal?

Thanks, but I am now sorted.
Don't ask me what I did but I have just tried setting it up again as instructed and it went stragiht through :T , mystified as to what went wrong as I believe I did exactly the same as last time
Have actually just set this up in Microsoft Outlook now as well as I prefer this version rather than Outlook Express (same as work so used to that).
