Be Interesting to see what a OR considers reasonable expenditure... HIMP ie clothing, phone bills would they consider money to see my kids as i am divorced etc0
-
all the best for tomorrow ... still waiting for my initial phone call or letter.0
-
be interested in seeing what is on expenditure sheet with regards to a IPA
Thanks Paul0 -
When i had the OR phone call yesterday, he told me that i couldn't include sky on my SOA. The Guy at the CAB told me to put it on. Hence to say i felt a bit of a divvy! Yet the OR asked me about holidays and allowed me £1000. In fact there were a few things on the form what the CAB put down that were declined by the OR. So seems like the CAB aren't always right either! So just be wary all you guys getting forms filled by them!0

Since there is so much inconsistency in what CAB, and individual OR's,seem to accept as allowable expenditure, I would work on the assumption that it is easier to take something off of your I&E form, than to add something at your interview, I would put down EVERYTHING.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

That's my approach too, anything you can think of even if it leaves you with a deficit; you can argue that you're aware of the situation and doing everything you can to balance your budget.

Hi gis,
I shouldn't think you have at all, there are limits to what you can include but any little extras that can be added will all help to reduce the chances of getting an IPA. You can always submit a revised budget to the O.R if you think you've forgotten something and claim that because of your strict budgetting regime you realised some expenses had been missed.
I really am starting to bore myself; I've spent too long in finance and accountancy, I need to get back into business again

What about bondage/sex aids?
Pornographic material?
Paying for sex?
I included all of these and the OR said it was fine.:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0 -
