Well, this will probably horrify some, but we have obscure glass in our bathroom and i plan to repllace it with clear glass. We may have the privacy coating thing applied, nut it only works when the light is off and as i understand it makes the room subtely darker. Both of those mean i think I would lrefer clear glass with shutters.

We had a clear sash window in our London bathroom too. I was sometimes forgetful about the curtain, and was not bad looking in my twenties. No one ever complained.

I wouldn't stand and gaze at someone in their bathroom or hallway myself, and nowadays will be more aware of the curtains myself. I hate obscured glass unless its really necessary, and then i only like the flat matt one, not the horrid lumpy stuff like ours!

I have clear glass and voile panels which I can change to different colours when I feel like it with a blind for bathroom when needed.

It let's in the light and it's not as if you are in the bathroom for that long in the scheme of things!
