I would have agreed with the comment above when play.com first started a few years ago. About five years I would order things from them 2-3 times a month, I rarely use them now as many competitors can beat their prices. I guess they kept prices low when they first started, once they had an established customer base they wanted to increase their profits. They must be doing well as they can afford to advertise on TV. Amazon is often cheaper than play if you spend enough to get free delivery at amazon. I always use a price checking website before I buy any DVD now.stacey1444 wrote: »I have been using Play.com for ages. They are extremely cheap for all DVD'sBest Freebies:

Nobody ever seems to mention loaded247.com on these threads, I use them quite a bit and have always found them great, but like everyone else says, shop around first, also, BlahDVD.com have simpsons box sets starting from £13.99 which isnt bad.Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!

Does anyone know if the Superman 1/2/3/4 boxset has English subtitles? According to the HMV site English subtitles are only listed for Superman 1 and not for the others, but it is likely that they are subtitled. Anyone know?
Also, the Matrix boxset looks pretty good!0 -
