Best Mobile phone PAYG

Hi I'm looking for a pay as you go phone, one that can email, browse the web, look up bus times, get football results that thought of thing.
Not looking to spend alot my brother in law has a nokia and only pays £20 a month for 6 months, what would be the best PAYG phone for me .

Would it be fair to say the general consensus on here is that the best budget Android would be the Huawei Ascend G300, especially if you can get it for £67?. If you get decent Vodafone internet/phone signal in your area then consider pairing it with Talkmobile's £8/mth SIM only deal, which gives 300 mins, 1000 texts and 500mb data per month with a min 6 month commitment. Go through Quidco/TCB for £35 cash back on this deal, effectively making it just over £2/mth net. Just my two penneth.

Don't know to much about phones , would I or could I use my mobile dongle with this phone or wouldn't I need it

You don't need to use a dongle with any phones I have heard of although some phones can apparently be used as dongles!

You can get the G300 in Tesco for £65 instore, £15 discount for phones over £50.
