Samsung s2 repair screen

Quite a few repairers advertising on eBay
For example £105 at http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GENUINE-SAMSUNG-i9100-GALAXY-S2-BLACK-FAULTY-LCD-SCREEN-LENS-DIGITISER-REPAIR-/221120820565?pt=UK_Replacement_Parts_Tools&hash=item337bd3f555#ht_1232wt_764====0 -
What is broken?
Screen = glass+digitizer+LCD
The glass costs about a fiver on ebay, but digitiser+LCD cost more than £100, so I think £79 was an unrealistic figure for a serious repair.0 -
Yes the link above says £105 Grumbler so maybe it not as expensive as we think.0

CPW definitely were doing the repair at £79 for quite a while. Unfortunately, they must have had a huge take up at that price (even Samsung where around £129 direct) and stopped doing it.
I know someone who actually had 2 or 3 done (while he waited) at a CPW repair centre.====0 -
May give Birmingham repair centre a ring in the morning for a quote0

The cheapest I can get the SG2 digitizer and glass for is about £80 so £100 including repair time is cheap0
