OP write a letter explaining the situation. State a reasonable amount of time as for them to collect the item ie 14 days and they must arrange collection. State after the amount of time has passed you will be disposing of the item and send recorded. Also keep a copy for your records.
the 1st fone was solicited, the 2nd wasnt.
as for contacting them again, the op already has tried several times, so long as he kept proof of doing so.
use the fone :-)0 -
Not necessarily true. The first goods were solicited but the second goods were unsolicited. Therefore Regulation 24 applies.
Did you read the OP?
They ordered a phone it didn't arrive. They phoned and requested another one sent and both arrived, at no point was either phone unsolicited. Both phones where requested by the poster.0 -

no, he requested his order, of 1 fone. vf !!!!!!ed up and ended up sending 2. he only ordered ONE.

Once the person who buys it trys to use it, it maybe already blocked. Im not so sure the op has tried to hard to return. You cant sell what does not belong to you.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Hi tomincognito,
It’s disappointing to hear that after many attempts, this still hasn’t been resolved for you.
If you could let me know the email reference number of your previous correspondence, I will take a look into this and get in touch to help.
Many thanks,
Heidi
