Hi ChrissyG,
If you wish to prevent calls from TT you can opt out from Marketing in My Account before the account closes and your services migrate elsewhere.
When cancellation requests are received we will confirm this with the customer to ensure they are aware of the change. This may also be followed with contact via telephone whereby retentions offers may be discussed.
Regards
Mark

Hi ChrissyG,
No problem, please note that the MArketing Preferences can take upto 28 days to update. The marketing contact lists are updated once a month so your details will be removed during the next update. In the meantime you may still receive the odd call but advise the caller you have requested and opt out of marketing and to terminate the call.
Regards
Mark

Why does it take so long?
If it is upto, what is the average?0 -
depends what day of the month you ask
there's simply no excuse for it to be updated once a month, other than they get to spam you a few more times...at least.0
