If they have posted it then you should get it in a couple of days not 7 - 12.

Also strange they mentioned we use UK Agency.

When looking in future click the sellers name and see where they registered. In this case i presume China.

Email them back checking you will get a full refund of what you paid (including postage). If you do not get that then reject the cancellation and file a dispute. If you will get your postage refunded, what they have written sounds reasonable.

Forgetting that they may be in China, or sending the goods from there, they seem to have been pretty good with you.

Their latest message says they'll refund you if it's missing, and are asking if you will also agree to a cancellation, after the refund.

They aren't making a refund conditional on you cancelling the item.

Of course, they may actually have the goods in the UK, and they may really have gone missing. They may even wonder if you've received the items but are claiming otherwise, so don't want to resend.

In all those scenarios, they seem to have been pretty good.

I'd like to think any customer of mine would see it my way.

If they weren't in the UK though, probably a neutral and poor stars, except for communications.
Exclamation and question marks - ONE exclamation mark or question mark is sufficient to exclaim or ask about something. More than one just makes you look/sound like a prat.

. Dear oh dear. You really should have, or should've listened at school when that nice English teacher was explaining how words get abbreviated.
