I found a hole after payment what do I do?

I sold a top on ebay but when going to package it I caught it on my engagement ring and snagged it pulling the cotton and leaving a very tiny hole, the buyer had already paid via paypal. In the item descripton I wrote that the 'top had no faults I had noticed but please get in contact if after buying you find any.' But I have emailed the person and apologised and told her exactly what happened and offered to still send top if she doesnt want it I will give full refund if she keeps it I will give partial refund which I am happy to do seeing as it is my own fault but I dont know what the 'done thing' to do in these circumstances and how much is suitable partial refund if that what she chooses. She brought top for 6.59 p&p 1.50. I know this is not much but as I am saving the money for a head stone for my mum so every penny helps.:o

Wait and see what she says; if she wants to keep it, offer it to her for half price.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0

I've had asimilar problem in the past. When I came to packaging the item I noticed a flaw on the top. Before sending the item I emailed the buyer explaining this and asked if they still wanted the item and if so I would give a discount or alternatively I would refund in full.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Just see what they say. Dont send it til you have heard back from them. The main thing here is that you have been honest and told them about it rather than just send itWeight Loss - 102lb0

you have done the right thing, just wait to hear back from them before sending
if they still want it i suggest offering a 50% refund of item cost0 -
If I was your buyer I'd probably ask for a pic of the hole to see if I still wanted it - if it was un-noticable enough I probably would and then I would judge the refund on the condition but I would say 50% off is very generous and as a buyer I would be happy with that if the hole was small
