Sky Fibre Broadband - Connection fee

Hi
Is everyone being charged the £50 connection fee for upgrading to Sky Fibre?
I'm an existing customer with Sky and have been for a good few years. I got offered free installation a couple of weeks ago but the guys computer broke half way through the upgrade and so promised to call me back on evening. He never called back and now the sales department won't waiver the charge
Just wondered what they are doing for everyone else
Thanks

If they won't honour their offer then tell them you are cancelling.0

I'm just concerned that by threatening to cancel, they may actually let me and being honest I don't really want to leave sky.....0
