minimum time before requesting PAC?

i have just transferred my mobile number to O2, but does anyone know if there is a minimum amount of time i need to be with a network before requesting a PAC?
its just that i have found a much better payg tarrif with someone different, and also the customer service with O2 has left a very sour taste in my mouth

There is no min time, but they can ask you to topup first, especially if you rush with porting out.
  • Ive ported my tmobile number to orange and then ported it back out to tmobile. Ive done this twice and each time ive had to wait 24 hours after its been ported into Orange before being a PAC code.

No need to top up either. Cant speak for o2 though.
  • give it 24-48 hours, and be prepared to top up as well
Who remembers when X Factor was just Roman suncream?

Some mobile phone providers may charge you a fee to move your number.
So, they can charge, they just prefer not to.

Well, in fact it was pretty much right as ATM no network can charge because no network has this charge listed in their charges.
