OK lets just make sure your profiles working first.
Go into your profile and scroll down to

Personalized picture.............where it says in blue 'no pic'

click the one underneath..........bobafett

Now untick 'i have my own pic'


then click  'change profile'


That will at least show us a pic will appear.

The only other thing I can think of is your animations in multimedia are not ticked to allow :-/

So try this,

Tools*

Internet options*

Advanced*


Scroll down to' Multimedia'

Check that 'Play animations in web pages' is ticked :-/
