OK lets just make sure your profiles working first.
Go into your profile and scroll down to

Personalized picture.............where it says in blue 'no pic'

click the one underneath..........bobafett

Now untick 'i have my own pic'


then click 'change profile'


That will at least show us a pic will appear.

Have a look at ANIMATION FACTORY but I think you might have to pay there ::) From my limited experience old Harry the Cat has been the most reliable so far.
