yes it will as you say persons injured on quotes
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    this stinks of fraud

I have to say I agree after reading the whole thread so far. The shady questions, the counter-scenario comments, etc..
  • So all the family are going to claim for minor injuries, perhaps it will push future premiums so high, she can't afford to drive anymore.

Even reporting it as a fault "incident" without making any claim will probably push the premium up nowadays. (remember all the stats on even a no fault claim means you're more likely to have a fault claim that get bandied about?)
So it's doubtful it's be that different.

We don't know, as the op has not given much detail, but I was thinking there already may be a claim ( damage to own vehicle and/ or TP) and that the OPs question was related to how it would affect future premiums if the drivers family also bung a claim for compo in as well.
  • The passengers were contacted by a claims company and advised to claim, hence my query as to if they did claim "what impact would this have on the driver"

Think this is going off subject now. And I don't think it matters anymore as I beleive no-one has claimed anything :rotfl:

    Don't count them yet.

The injured parties have 3 years to make their claims. (And a week is too short for any claim to get through the system!)
