Looking for a decent Sim Only Plan with good internet/3G in Birmingham

Hope someone can help...

I live in Birmingham and am looking for a 30 day sim only deal.
Ive just come out of my contract with vodafone and have a unlocked iPhone 4s. Im looking to spend as little as possible on a sim only deal.

My options as I see them at the moment are:

GiffGaff £10/£13pm goodybag
Virgin Mobile £10 pm 250mins ult txts 1GB web
3 - £12.90pm 200mins 5000txts unlimited web

I dont ever use more than my 100 mins i currently have on vodafone but do often use close up to the 500MB data allowance. I also use around 300 texts per month.

So, looking at the plans above and the companys which would you choose?

Ive heard giffgaff (o2) 3g speed is rubbish and i use the web a lot..
Ive read virgin is horrible to deal with when things go wrong...
3 is good but the coverage may be sketchy...

Or can anyone recommend another plan / operator/
