I've put this in mobile section as I'm using my phone for this sorry if not in right place.
My iTunes account has been disabled for 'security' nothing dodgy has gone off with it they've just randomly disabled it as far as I can tell. It gives me the option of resetting it by taking me to apple page where apparently it will send me a reset email but I've tried now 30 times (over a few months) this email does not send. Or I can answer security questions, this doesn't work either, I know the answers to my security questions as they are MY security questions. I have tried answering them a few different ways i.e. first car have tried with make & model and just with either, so don't know if I've locked it but it doesn't say I have.
I can't find a way of contacting them to fix it, if I do it through support it says it will cost £25 which i'm not willing to pay.
I only want to be able to sync my phone without losing all my music but I can't transfer purchases without my itunesd account.
does anyone know how to either reset my account or contact them in a way that doesn't cost £25?
Alternatively, I'm only really wanting to sync so I can play recorded voice memos through itunes (which means i can play them as a playlist in the car) so if anyone knows a way I could just do this it would be very helpful.
As an aside, it seems odd they want to scam £25 from me when if they just reset it i would buy music from them anyway!
