When you get popular internet sites promoting your service for free, I guess you can afford to cherry pick.

I used them last year and found them professional, speedy and excellent at keeping me up to date on all aspects of the process. My mortgage wasn't huge either, from memory their commission on the transaction was only about £1,000.

    Caz
  • I used them last year to arrange 2 mortgages. They were helpful, easy to contact and gave me loads of great advice when my solicitor was being difficult (whole other story!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, in fact I have to several friends.

I guess with almost any company you get the good and the bad service.
The best things in life are NOT free - but they sure are cheaper with MSE!:j

Thats big for a mortgage. It would suggest around £300,000 borrowing. Thats about 3 times more than the average mortgage in our area.

My youngest daughter was born there and both the PILs worked there until they retired two months ago. However, it doesnt surprise me. Its not a very good hospital.

    Hi

I have used L&C twice now and they were very good both times, not a hitch.

You would think with ukbondraiders views on entitlement he would have his own private broker.

As with any service if you dont like the service your getting complain, I think if this was wide spread they wouldnt be promoted on the site and in sure there would be posts weekly about how bad they are if they really are "useless" I bet there are a lot of happy money savers with good experiances as shown above by some of the other posts.
If it doesnt pay rent sell it.

Just to let you know, I got into work this morning and there was a message from L&C, only 48 hours later. I would have gone with someone else in that time!
