3 Issues
Hi all
First time post and really looking for some needed advice.
I have a contract with 3 network and currently have the lumia 800.
I have had massive issues with the phone for the last two months. (Quick break down - For some reason the battery isn’t charging – ear piece is muffled when other person speaks into it – few other software issues too.)
Spoken with 3 network dozen of times. The phone has been in for repair 3 times. Each time it has come back unfixed (excluding the software issues, which is basically they have reset the software etc)
I picked up my phone from them the other day for the 3rd time and tested it in store, no luck and no charge again, shop assistant can vouch for that. Chap told me to test at home. Its been on charge for 2 days and hasn’t got past 5% and is slowly decreasing. Phone constantly needs to be on charge for it to work (so not really mobile)
Spoken with 3 and they wont budge on anything, they want the phone to be sent again for repair, which means more visits to town to drop it off, and they also offered me a new phone which is of so much less value to replace the handset. This handset i can pick up from 3 for £13 a month, i currently pay around £32.
Does anyone have any email addresses to high people in the food chain at 3 so I can make my complaint?
I have wasted so much time on this now and not prepared for my 8th visit to town to drop the phone off for repair.

Stop dealing with Three and take it to an Nokia authorised care centre of your choosing.0

None in derby nor nottingham, closest is Birmingham.
But surely this should be a 3 issue to resolve and i think they have had their chances.
I really want to take my complaint higher up, but cant find a email address, as the service so far received has been terrible.
