There's an audit job that's come up on GfK which is asking for people with previous experience of high street auditing or auditing with that particular client, so I'm wondering how one can get experience of doing this kind of thing as I'm sure it can't be too hard once you get the hang of it.

Are there particular companies who will take or train newbies on this? or any other tips of how to gain this type of experience? All info appreciated.

There was one I did on GFK where I hadn't had experience of auditing for them or any other mystery shopping company before. Think because I had done work for them before it was OK.

    OK thanks Bored,

    that's a little confusing. :)
When there is a quiz you will not be able to get to the data entry stage before you do it. If there is none then you will be straight in to data entry.
  • I have just got one of those ‘are you upgrading your mobile phone?’ emails.

I wonder who takes up these shops for a paltry £30 when for a third of the effort you can multiply that fee five times with what you can save via topcashback / quidco, and phonesite cashback.

And without the thrutch of having to read a badly written brief, answer a quiz, and then fill in a questionnaire that doesn’t ask the questions which would allow you to reveal what happened.

    Yes – sorry about that.

I am suffering from the ‘one too many hopelessly coded questionnaires’ syndrome.
    arghhh!!!

Think I must be missing a few clients from my ABA page. I know the FAQ at the first page says to call them, but I'm sure when I first registered there were different pages to add different clients, or something..? Or am I just imagining that..?

  • How are people finding the react automotive? I'm quite surprised they have so many still on there as I'm finding them rather lovely compared to TNS ones. Shame there is no more in my area or I'd bag them all! Lol

Really? I've not looked at it seriously as it's a double visit. Is the brief pretty much the same? I hate double visits as I always end up bonding a bit with the salesperson and feel awful for wasting their time :(
