Evernote is your friend, works on all smartphones.
I've done some off these and they really aren't as fearsome as they look.0 -

use your phone to record audio if possible. take questionnaires in a rucksack or something. (I tend not to use a handbag)you may have to spend 5 min in a toilet cubicle filling in the basics.
Name, description, timings etc. All the stuff that you can see as apposed to hear.Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

For those who have an iphone and do Gap assignments I tried this app for the first time yesterday.
You can use the volume buttons for splits and start/stop.

The train ticket gigs are a doddle, once you get the hang. Painful questionnaire that requires you to click a 'yes' answer, even when the answer is actually 'no'.
But my main concern is the reimbursement. Already clocked over £200 in expenses on these, and that's likely to rise by at least another £100 (one ticket alone came to £84). Looking at the sheer number of jobs they're punting, I hope ESA have plenty of staff ploughing through the returned tickets to allocate expenses PDQ.0 -

Is it me or are gap being a real pain with times lately?
On a recent KFC one you input the time twice - on the second it says 'confirm time' and they have still emailed me.
Between them and mf I don't know who's worst now. My latest proof read was is the assistant was male or female. Despite me putting a male name and then writing 'he' four times in the text box!Don’t put it down - put it away!

This is one of my worries with it. I'd hope that they'd be in the 1st august remittance but with one of the banks sitting for almost 2 months that I did I don't have a whole lot of faith.... We're off on hols on 28th August and I could really do with it back for then!0 -

I only took the cheap ticket local jobs, I just can't afford to have such large amounts waiting for reimbursement, for months at a time.0 -
Has anyone else had the apology from TNS this morning? Is it just my imagination or was it TNS that sent out everyone's emails last time too?0
