I found this little gem piece of information after I had picked one up yesterday. Rang the helpline, but still haven't had a reply!
I have been in touch with them separately, and they will extend the deadline to allow this Monday visit, but it has to be a Monday.

The trains are not difficult and the reports are 10 min I would say.
The 2 visits I have done have been 2 minutes long. The online booking took longer.
