Take a photo. Call the co-ordinator and they will tell you how to proceed. Normally you have to close the report down and email the photo to the allocator. As far as I can remember, they will give you the fee, so let's hope it was a big fee!

If I were you, I would try to take a photo of the store with the 'we are re-opening on (date)' sign. If its impossible, take two photos - one of the store as you would have done if the store was open and a photo of the opening date sign and on Paint, put both photos on the same image as you are allowed to put one file for the image on the report.
