Does TNS have a phone number? They're expecting me to do a supermarket visit without a brief, so I don't know what I'm checking! Under guidelines on the Sassie site they've just uploaded instructions for how to download a PDF, rather than the shop guidelines! Had no response to an email sent several days ago and the shop is scheduled for this evening. Thanks

The thing your looking at are headed PDF guidelines. The notes are in the red area under that headed briefing notes!

Thanks! I don't do many jobs for TNS and I don't find their system so straightforward, it's because I was looking under the wrong view (i.e. not print) that I couldn't see them.

I still can't get the info I need! It says to look at the questionnaire for which area you are supposed to be assessing and helpfully lists them all. So, do TNS have a phone number?!

Sorry mate, I don't have a phone number but I've always found all I need to know about the TNS supermarkets from the downloads and the questionnaire. Sorry can't be of any more help :(

No worries- I went and checked everything just in-case! It turns out, they highlight their info in colour on the questionnaire which isn't much help if you print in black and white. I know for future ref that I must highlight it after printing!

Probably RE/MF testing out how many sad people would be desperate enough to pick up the visits. I would bet a fair few would have accepted.

If the place was opposite to where I live, I wouldn't bother to select it.

Picked up a right gem on MF to do next week - never seen the client before on their site and has a reasonable reimbursement and get something decent in there as well:j:D

There are occasional hits with MFers along with all the misses. Had a 5 min price audit job with a 2 min report that was 5 burgers worth of fees earlier in the year.

I'm losing my touch. Got properly rumbled for the first time ever today.

    Fair play to them.
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
