What browser are you using? I use Firefox, but there's a few you can try. Also, depending on what browser you are using, is it up to date?

Why don't you phone them? The number is on the site. :)

Unfortunately their mailbox is full. Perhaps it is a website issue. Ho hum.

You should be able to get them, they're usually in the office when they're doing checks. Try calling again tomorrow.

Does anyone have any advice? I have done mystery shopping a couple of time before but I have never done a covert audit. I signed up to one tonight and after I signed up they told me I would need to buy 4 2 litre bottles of drink. I am concerned it may look a little strange me just buying this but don't want to buy anything else as I don't need it and would be wasting money. Does anyone have any advice for doing this and not getting caught. I'm really worried it will look suspicious :(

Is that 42 litre bottles, or 4 x 2 litres?

Because, if it's the latter, then I think you're worrying unnecessarily to be honest. That's not a particularly unusual purchase, surely?

the latter lol!!! haha I probably am lol but living by myself I don't tend to buy that much drink at one time lol so I think I'm just worried because it's an unusual purchase for me :)
