Help! I am due to do a first tracking visit and cant get the instructions to download from the site, it tells me they are not available yet despite the fact that the visit is this weekend. I have emailed them to no avail. Any ideas anyone

What browser are you using? I use Firefox, but there's a few you can try. Also, depending on what browser you are using, is it up to date?

You should be able to get them, they're usually in the office when they're doing checks. Try calling again tomorrow.

Does anyone have any advice? I have done mystery shopping a couple of time before but I have never done a covert audit. I signed up to one tonight and after I signed up they told me I would need to buy 4 2 litre bottles of drink. I am concerned it may look a little strange me just buying this but don't want to buy anything else as I don't need it and would be wasting money. Does anyone have any advice for doing this and not getting caught. I'm really worried it will look suspicious

Is that 42 litre bottles, or 4 x 2 litres?

Because, if it's the latter, then I think you're worrying unnecessarily to be honest. That's not a particularly unusual purchase, surely?

the latter lol!!! haha I probably am lol but living by myself I don't tend to buy that much drink at one time lol so I think I'm just worried because it's an unusual purchase for me

just realized it could be more it says I have to buy all the ones on the shelf with the dates specified on them
