  • RM in the bank today. Thanks for all your replies. Good to see most are still going from company to company and not to emails or satisfaction cards. Never fill them things out myself to be honest so hopefully most people will feel the same :)

    I have to agree. I did one for a electronics retailer and everytime I go in there on me like a fly!

    Yes, especially when totally unnecessary and potentially liable to cause someone distress by worrying about the possible outcome. It doesn't matter how good your service was, being told subsequently that you have been MS'd is likely to make people anxious, trying to recall if they said the right thing.

    Totally agree, I never do the 'reveal' jobs as I simply don't want anyone knowing that I MS.
