It's strange isn't it because I have only had one report disputed which I was paid for and still able to shop and I've submitted several where there have been issues and none queried. It might be an area specific problem.0

It could be, I specifically don't shop one local to me because my daughters friend works there and he visits us often and always says they know who their gapbuster shopper is. They always tell each other as soon as they come in or their car is seen. I've also told gap this several times.0 -
Yeah, well I know one of my locals knows me for sure because when I went there on a non shop I heard the MOS say that's our customer service lady as I drove away. I've marked them down on things when required but to be fair the ones my way are generally well run and were before I became a shopper. I went to one on a non shopper visit in Middlesbrough when I was visiting to watch my football team and it was horrendous. Some are franchises as well as owned by the actual company which might explain some of the differences in approach.0

Oh are some still owned by the company here in the uk? I was under the impression they were all franchised in this country? I did hear a rumbling a few years ago a well known bum slapping supermarket had joined forces with them to bring them into their chain here like a coffee outlet has with a supermarket here already but it never seemed to happen. I wish they would to be honest, but now the bum slapping supermarket is joining forces with the bankrupt receivers music store (expected to be announced within next 2 weeks if all agreed) I can't see the burger place going in as well. It's like a soap opera! Lol x0 -

They have asked me for a 3rd image but there were 3 images in the report. Will see what they say when they pick it up on monday.Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

One of my local slappers had one in there a couple years back. But there were complaints from parents and the local school as all the kids went there for dinner! It got shelved after about a year or so. Then replaced with the usual slapper food place that gets MS'd every now and again.Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

Hahaha. Did you manage to get it which one I meant? I was snowed in and bored and decided to have a bit of a laugh.
Is anyone else snowed in too? I need a mystery shop where the required purchase is a pair of wellies else I will have to go and buy some myself!0 -

Have to say, where one my timings was questioned, I also reported that the fries were only luke warm; which they were. Seems they didn't like that. Funny thing is, I over heard some lads moaning that for a fast food restaurant, they were pretty ******* slow, :rotfl:0 -

Just had to cancel a restaurant visit tonight. We had planned to visit family too, so the total return journey was close to 100 miles but the weather is awful, can't even get off our estate at the moment0
