I think because I've done a few high spend and then get reimbursed jobs for them, I've found two weekly payments were a good thing. Overall it isn't a problem though.
You are right, they do have some high spend jobs that waiting a month for reimbursement can be a PITA for some. Tern seem to have the right mix, monthly pay run for fees and 14 days for expenses over a certain amount.0 -
Sounds about right, I had one to do tommorrow, I should have just told them the resturant was spotlessly clean, the staff grinning like cheshire cars and I was served in 4 seconds dead.
But I'm honest, so I've just f****d em off!
It's more likely that the restaurant concerned has contested one of the comments or timings, and hence they're referred it back for confirmation. They may be hoping, for example, that you haven't recorded the timings and can't confirm them, or might be able to find a technicality.0 -

What are MF on? Three pub meal visits in 60 hours with that poor fee for each? Even worse you can't do lunch visits.0

Hmm that could explain my temporary suspension that so far has lasted two weeks and counting. One bad report for a terrible chicken place.0 -
I did a shop for a well known supermarket, and answered the question about whether I would recommend that particular outlet to friends/family with a negative. Someone from that mystery shopping company rang me at 20:30 that night, to query why I had put this. I had already given the reasons in the report, so simply repeated them. He said ok, then the next day I found that I had lost one of those famous points for a proof reading query.
It did make me think, why did I bother- if they don't like what we write, why do they ask the question in the first place?0 -

I thought this when I looked this morning. 60 hours = 2 1/2 days? no lunch visits? so a visit Friday, Sat, Sunday for the price of 2 burgers visits?
Nah. But cheers.Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

I know, if it was three lunch visits I'd do them just for the food but not three dinner visits, they do let their clients make some stupid rules sometimes.I did a shop for a well known supermarket, and answered the question about whether I would recommend that particular outlet to friends/family with a negative. Proof readers sometimes need to justify their existence, don't worry about it those points mean nowt any way. The bigger question is what are you doing working for that fee0 -
Ha Take your point, but I love the bargains in that shop, so would probably be in there anyway.0
