I don't think we normally respond to these requests, the information is easy to find if you are a shopper.0 -
Can anyone tell me if there is a company that pays people to taste products? Either sent through the post if they are testing something that isn't perishable like biscuits or breakfast cereal or hold a session at an address in city centres for me to be invited to.
I once was invited on the street to taste ice creams - this was about 6-7 years ago and can't remember the company name.0 -

No we don't. They're occasionally from employees wanting to sign up to see when the jobs go on the boards to know when to expect the shopper.0 -

Taste tests are usually carried out by research agencies not mystery shopping companies and you are rarely, if ever, paid for them. We did one for a beer company a while back, unfortunately staff arent allowed take part. This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -

Thanks for adding that, I didn't think about it when I was replying. I think he/she needs to be careful though, if signing up with other companies, as there's a couple that won't let you refund the item now (or at least, that's what it says in the assignment notes).
Did some audits today - the last one had the wrong address (was waaayyyy out), and I walked in to find that the assistant wouldn't talk to me. So I waited to speak to the owner on the telephone, looked around, and the prepacked veg all had flies and maggots crawling around inside. I should have known what to expect by the exterior of the store. Seriously wondering whether to report them to environmental health. Needless to say, I was out of there like a flash
