Hi, I am having such immense and prolonged trouble with BT broadband that I can't face repeating the details right now.
Does anyone have any experience into the best routes to use for getting some action regarding service provision, and reasonable negotiation as to compensation please?

I would send an e-mail using the Contact BT link, customer services can only credit back the cost of the service per day which wont be much at all, you need to take it higher.0

You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
Write to them. Compensation is not a right, but you should get a rebate for services paid for but not supplied.0
