Help with Orange contract

I hope someone can help me, i was contacted by Advanced Data Networks and sold a contract for Orange. The contract was for £34+ vat a month and i was supposed to get half price line rental.
ADN have so far not paid me a dime since May, i have sent letters and called them over and over and each time they promise that payment will be in two weeks and then nothing arrives.
Orange have been no help and the worst thing is i receive no reception in my house so phone is useless.
I am going to take ADN to small claims court to get the money i am owed but is there any chance that orange will cancel the contract due to the miss-selling of ADN?. Long shot i know.

nope and are 3rd partyDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Why did you not ask ADN to cancel it back in May when you discovered you had no signal?

I did try to cancel in May, but ADN just kept putting me off with the excuse that there might be faults with the service and should improve. I have spoke to them most weeks and each time have been told that my discount would be paid the following week, they owe me around £280 for half price line rental and £80 cancellation fee they promised to pay for previous contract.
So i am going to send them a letter before action letter and take them to small claims court.
I think this is lesson learnt, never to agree a contract over the phone, but i do feel the The big mobile phone companies should be held accountable for third party's selling there contracts.
Looks like i will have to pay up remainder of contract to cancel it and get a sim only, last time i sign up for any contract.

Sorry, but this is well-trodden ground. Cashback schemes are/were akin to pyramid selling. They depend on the dealer getting payback commissions from the network for the customers they sign up, and even assuming there is no clawback for failed contracts, the usual business model is 80% of those taking out a contract will not complete the full Cashback regime.
Those that have the tenacity to jump through the hoops successfully usually find the dealer stops paying because they are (or will shortly) become insolvent.
As for the networks being somehow responsible - why? They were not party to the agreement, and had no idea of how much the dealer promised to rebate. In extreme cases, networks are known to allow downgrading to the lowest available tariff, but certainly not cancellation.
Coverage issues needed to be dealt with at the inception of the contract, so that ship has sailed. Cashback should only ever be viewed as a bonus - never an integral part of financial planning.0
