For people with young dogs it's a good idea to get one of these. Then play it quietly in the background every day and bonfire nights wont be scary!0

Hmmmm MY lot are abnormal then.
They sit at the window (Zara and 4 cats) and watch the fireworks....giving me the looks "Mum, did you see that???"0 -
Hi all, my dog was the same age as minimad1970's dog when we were puppy training him, they were going off all round us, this wasnt just bonfire night but Diwali and other festivals so it probably went on for about 2 months, he is 11 years old now and couldnt careless about any loud bangs etc, but now we live in more rural location he has the local cockeral to listen to

No, mine like them too, but i consider that luck and good prep combined! When we lived in London we hiad a great flat with a view a long a huge length of london. There was a magical evening one bonfire where the cats, dh and i, dh's cousin and her friend sat watching fireworks all over london with the cats. The cats sat in front of us, and the backs of their little heads watching the fireworks go was one of the most beautiful nights, nothing big and special and amazing, but just beautiful.0
