EDF Fixed Saver V2 to Blue+: Users Beware

Systems obviously confused and in a mess.
My DD is showing correctly.
The Tariff end date is showing as that for V2 (which is the end of september).
The tariff it shows me as on is Blue +Price Promise April 2014(which it should not apply until October the 1st).

EDF computer systems win again...

My DD is now back to the original value. The tariff shows as Blue+ (which it should not do until 1/10/12), but the contract end date is showing as 30/9/12!
I doubt that they'll ever get this apology for a system sorted properly.

My direct debit has nearly trebled. Phoned EDF and said they cant access my account and assured me my direct debit would not be altered.I don't trust them and have mailed them.If they take the trebled direct debit out of my account in October i shall be overdrawn.

Can't see my Direct Debit details at all today. Hmm....

After a advisor phoned yesterday the direct debit is back to normal.

Just logged into MyAccount to enter today's meter readings.
Everything looks (sort-of) OK, it shows the new tarrif & the end date is 2014.
My DD seems to have gone DOWN a bit!!
Webpage format seems rubbish on my browser (FF15), the eco-hippy CO2 propaganda announcements are overlaid on the billing info so it's hard to read.

OK on Firefox V15 here, though I note it doesn't print properly. OTOH, display and print fine on Chrome.

Just checked mine to add meter readings , but unable to submit meter readings !!

All switch fine though to Blue 2014 , contract end date April 2014

Just logged into my account and submitted my readings which have been accepted and a new bill has already been produced! Direct debit has hardly changed and all details look correct! Very pleased that the switch has happened with no problems! :T
