Deadlines for Orange contract changes

Hi there,

I am currently on a 24 month orange dolphin blackberry contract which will end at the end of november this year. As I am sick of the blackberry I wanna change to an Iphone.

My questions are,

1. will orange contact me and offer me a new contract/ phone option or will I have to contact them ? If it is down to me, is there a deadline before they automatically renew my current contract ?

2. Do I have to wait for the end of nov or is there an option to upgrade earlier?

3. which data usage bundle is sufficient for a normal user ( not much streaming like spotify etc...) mainly emails, browsing

thanks you very much in advance

Markus

The minimum term will end, not the contract.

No. Why would they - unless some sales person wants to make commission on selling you some rubbish contract?

To change or cancel the contract you have to give a 30 days notice.
    2. Do I have to wait for the end of nov or is there an option to upgrade earlier?
You don't have to, but don't expect to get a good deal if upgrading early.

500Mb. Possibly smaller if you spend a lot of time on WiFi.

Have a look at Orange Retention Offers thread, bot don't dismiss a possibility of changing the provider or joining Orange as a new customer via some third party and with cashback.
