Upon logging into my orange account this morning, I was met by a lovely message that read that orange and T-Mobile will be merging together to make a new fabulous 4G network called 'EE'.

Also in addition to this, all T-Mobile and Orange stores will be re-branded into 'EE' stores.

Thoughts?

It's a great idea, everyone knew it was coming but I suspect the 4G price plans will be expensive at launch.

Yes, I know that - but Orange and T-Mobile will merge together and will be called 'EE', so a total re-brand.

Orange T-Mob brands and plans will be seperate from EE brand and plans, all will be serviced in EE rebranded stores, good news for customers not near their OWN brand store currently as all stores will be dealing with all 3 brands under the EE glitterati.

To me EE have took the branding look & colours of older unrevamped Optus stores in AU, who like EE sell landline, mobile & internet...exactly what EE stores will be.

Lets hope like Optus EE dont outsource customer calls to India with branches as wholelly sales outlets, can see it in future but not as they build up the EE brand with revamps.

Plenty high st jobs will probably go given how many places do you see Orange & T-M stores a stone throw away.
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)
