I know i have to be the one asking the question but..you are not new when it comes to ebay so you were aware of the 45 day claim period. So what was your Plan B if seller turned out to be a rogue?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Doesn't apply to tickets - see upthread a bit, there is a different procedure for ticket sales, though that alternative is perhaps no use at the moment as the concert is still a couple of months away."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

True Soolin , but ,you have to have a little faith ! - and the seller has a 100% feedback of well over 400 ,been registered since 06 and has been selling right up till the beginning of this month .....As Martin says - please be nice - there is no such thing as a stupid question !

Tickets are covered AFTER the event, as Crowqueen says, ebay will not entertain a claim until 1 day after the event takes place but before the 7th day so it's still a very limited window.
You must phone ebay cs and keep on until you get an agent who knows the rules.
There is no direct link on UK site for tickets but it's the same as US and tickets are now not included in the exemptions list.Exclusions from eBay Buyer Protection
