Got mine today only got 7 of the 8 boxes i ordered and the 2 santa models completely broken. Customer services have said they will send new ones asap so good cs anyway!!

Is the voucher in the actual chocolate box? I couldn't see one in the main shipping box.. wondering if i can get it out of the box of chocs undetected to use on more xmas presents...

Dont know if this is helpful to anyone but the Thorntons website is down for maintenance today and so the only way of ordering is through their call centre (number on website). but because of this 'inconvenience' they're giving you 10% off with the discount code, today only (also on site).. So if anybody was thinking of ordering and knew what they wanted it might be worth doing it today over the phone to get the extra 10% off

After cancelling my order they replied to a query I posted on their facebook wall ...

'Hi, sorry for any confusion that has been caused which has resulted in you cancelling your order. I have doubled checked with our warehouse and have been advised that all products from our seasonal range have a best before of no earlier then February 2013'

They were great at sorting my cancelled order out, sent it back out to me on next day delivery, really pleased with my order especially having 15% off and with the quantity I ordered I also got free delivery :T

Mine all arrived - beautifully packed with those plastic pillows(*). All bar one of the boxes were BBE March (ish) 2013. The only one that was this year was dated 31.12.12 and was the continental (150g) box

* I think that next time I should fill up the empty space with more chocolate. Only to be more environmentally aware & reducing plastic consumption you understand.
