Your stress levels won't be helping your chances of conceiving. What steps are you taking to keep your body healthy and manage your stress levels? Are you consistently meeting or exceeding all our government's recommendations for healthy eating and physical activity?

Can work change the hours of one or both jobs so you aren't working so many days on the trot? Have you spoken to Personnel about your stress levels? They have a responsibility for your health in the workplace. If not can you quite one of the jobs and take on a new part time job, self employed cleaning or do some matched betting?
