Thanks to all that have responded to my problem, I went and spoke to paypal in the USA and they informed me that there was a good chance that i would not have won the case anyway, they said because the case was closed the reason could not be explained to me ???? I am going to call the seller ( if it is the correct no. ) and try to worry him with the thought of legal action, if this does not work I will try to get the phone repaired. As far as leaving neg. feedback I might hold until the 90 days but if another buyer had a problem with them I would feel guilty for not leaving feedback sooner.
What I would love to do is put that annoying crazy frog ring tone on the phone I would then like to meet the idiot so I could stick the mobile down his throat and phone him constantly, " I wish " ?0 -

I do like to receive good feedback because then I know I have given my best when it comes to customer service. as much as it angers me I think it might be better to forget about it all ( but £80 down the drain AARRGGHH !!! )
Unrelated to this thread... but I am interested to know whether you have just the one ID for both buying and selling? Thus your concern is that receiving a retaliatory neg from a seller, will impact upon your status as a seller and impact sales? The MSE Dictionary

Yes I have only the one ID both for buying and selling and so any neg feedback could affect what I will sell.0
