Shocking, today we emailed again we have been waiting for the car as my partners a care worker needing a car we got her finance they said 10-14 days in January, we asked in beginning of Feb delaid due to covid as there not allowed to deliver yet my daughter got her 500 from Bristol to here in Dorset 10 days, are friends work for Honda they have been delivering, so we sent a politely written email she needs the car for her work any idea when to expect it otherwise we may need to cancel and go to the place my daughter got her car from, we reserved a rude email back we have cancelled your order and your deposit will be returned in 10-14 days, very sad she was looking forward to the car they clearly didn't need the customer

This has been going on since 2012 with comments deleted by the forum team.

Doesn't that show any potential buyer of a car frombyacar.co.uk everything they need to know?

Surely cancelling the order is a good outcome based on the previous comments.
