Natwest-Refusing to register my PPI claim

  • Hi there folks, I have been digging for old statements for claiming back ppi.I have found this;
    I would be grateful for your best advice.
    Joint secured personal loan for £12.500 took out in 1989 for 10yrs,the ppi is frontloaded. I have The Agreement, An advanced copy ,that has full details on it .The loan was paid up in 1999.
    My questions are; Am I timed out on this,?
    Should I just turn up in branch with the docs,to see what they say. :o

I have registered it,and will send me some papers to fill out.Seems that I am on another merry go round. As this was such a long time ago...........am I wasting my time,stressing about this.Are they going to say ....your too late. What's your best advice please.
    UPDATE.of the above
