Hi there folks, I have been digging for old statements for claiming back ppi.I have found this;
I would be grateful for your best advice.
Joint secured personal loan for £12.500 took out in 1989 for 10yrs,the ppi is frontloaded. I have The Agreement, An advanced copy ,that has full details on it .The loan was paid up in 1999.
My questions are; Am I timed out on this,?
Should I just turn up in branch with the docs,to see what they say.0 -

I received a letter today(2 days since I phoned them).........they have NOT sent out any forms for me to fill,just say that they are investigating,and will get back to me within 8 weeks.0
