This problem with spare codes has happened on every Cravendale promo.
Check out the old Cravendale threads to understand why some of us get a bit unhappy with people not saying thankyou.

I and many others usually have spares and we give them away via PM which I think is the fairest way.
And I will be honest enough to say I do not give spare codes to someone that has just joined for codes. Sorry but thats how it is, as I said at least I am honest.

I am lucky we use Cravendale so I am ok for codes. I have just ordered the first set (Green) Now for the second. Once I have all three (which wont take long) I will as usual share my spares.

I totally agree. i ended up PM'ing a few last time after i'd managed to get my backpack. I was just hopeful it might have changed a bit. I'll know for the nest one.

Totally agree with you Chris.

Someone used the code I gave and not a word of thanks.

Yet I got a thank you from a person who tried to use the code, but was not quick enough.

So my other code I had has been PM'd to that person for their good manners, as they did not have any reason to thank me, but did so anyway!

I rang Asda yesterday about the code, as it has been days since first entered. They rang back today, while I was out, leaving a message saying they couldn't even find the promotion, so couldn't help me...they have asked me to ring back to help them locate the promotion on their site (yes...I know:D) so they can then see what they can do!

Thing is while £100 of vouchers would be great, I'm a realist..though given even asda can't find it, maybe its only us entering so all I actually wanted was the code lololol

anyway, I could give them the web addy from a few pages back, but that is very long...from that addy, I'm guessing their was a banner on the asda site?

tia if anyone can help me help asda - and maybe ring them also, get them hunting for our missing codes!

Anyone that's having trouble with the ASDA code email [EMAIL="hello@epicstraws.co.uk"]hello@epicstraws.co.uk[/EMAIL] and let them know.

When I did they sent me this reply:

"We're sorry to hear you're having problems with the free code. We have credited your account with one extra code."

I hope Cravendale post another free code soon, I only need two more codes

Has anyone else has problems with the cravendale site?
I had 5 full milk bottles. I just got another milk yesterday and went to put the code in earlier, and I only had 3 full milk bottles!
I've kept a record of what codes I have put in, so I tried re entering the last few I'd done and it says that they've already been used! Which yes, they have, by me! Except they're no longer showing up
Have emailed them but as of yet, no response .
