Technical Problem LTSB upgrading account new vantage added

I upgraded my Vantage accounts in branch and have the required direct debits on the accounts.

Just logged in online to check that they had done this properly but I cannot see anywhere where it confirms that I am getting the higher rate. Does the account name change or where does/should it say what rate you are getting?

Press the upgrade button. If you get the error message you are already upgraded.

Many thanks for the replies. I've tried the 'upgrade account' option and am getting the error message, so hopefully that's a positive sign!!! Think Lloyds could save themselves a lot of hassle with enquiries if they made it obvious on screen somewhere that the account had actually been upgraded!

That would probably cost them more money than it costs to pay the customer services advisers to do it for you (they can check easily). Remember it only lasts until the end of this month, then you can't apply any more.

Buttons have gone back to Blue again. Guess it's approaching the 20th of the month.

The blues have it but still getting the same error code on all accounts covered by the 4% rate.
