Technical Problem LTSB upgrading account new vantage added

Has anyone come across the following error on clicking "Account Upgrade" after they upgraded their vantage account to the new Vantage account giving 4%
There's a problem...
9200114 : Unfortunately there has been a technical problem. This transaction has not been completed.
Getting the above on all 3 vantage accounts now. There was no problem before the upgrade and adviser asked if I wanted a AVA at the time I upgraded Vantage so it's not a CPD

I got that after logging in (then it logged me out), and also when trying to make a payment. Second time it worked, so it seems like generic error message when something goes tits.0

Just got exactly same message trying to upgrade. They're working on this site this weekend so maybe that will clear it.0

I did call them, they said I could have Premier if I wanted and could not understand why I was getting the fault online.
I'm assuming it had something to do with the upgrade to the new vantage rate as it was fine until the day after they did this. Will see what happens on Monday after the upgrades go through on their systems at the weekend.0 -

Lloyds seems late reporting to the CRAs this month as it was the 12th last month it's now 19th and still no update on experian.
Also money saver log Stick to the card you've got as I found Yesyerday how bad an AvA actually is especially their dumb mobile insurance that costs as much as decent second hand iPhone to claim.0 -
I just went into my Lloyds Bank in Reading and the guy was great and added the new advantage to all 5 accounts. However he did point out I should have only 3. My reply was tell your computer that as it was agreed online.0

I did the same online, and I've got 7; 5 personally and 2 joint.
Bunged £7k from savings (joint) into Vantage, OH has done the same with her 3, for an immediate next year bonus :cool:

If we already have more than 2DD on the existing vantage,
could we upgrade it by ourself using online Banking
Alternatively could it be done using phone banking ?0 -
