It's just rounding off.

The total of 5x53ps and 55p comes to £3.20 which I'm guessing is a multiple of the lowest priced item in the comparison store

Just like steradent/sensodyne compares at 66/67p for some items, coming to a comparison total of £2 for every 3 you buy

I tihnk it's purely random what gets the lower and what gets the higher figure and varies depending on what's in your basket

A shop where we write a list of what we want, and just put it in the trolley never minding how much it is in another shop"

...Oh dear, I think I will have to let him down gently!:rotfl:

My DH refuses pointblank to bring another tin of mushy peas into the house. We gave them to my brother and he'll eat anything but even he said they were horrible:eek:

Then we sat on the tarmac for 2 hours waiting for a hydraulic problem to be fixed, then we got turned round half way across the Atlantic and ended up back at Gatwick for the night!! THEN when we checked in the next morning to try again the fire alarms went off in Gatwick, there was a small fire behind McDonalds!!!

We did finally get to Cuba and had a brilliant time though.
