Totally agree, 'trigger' also implies that it's necessary for the glitch, when strictly speaking, any group of 3 within the deal will glitch, although not necessarily for a low price unless you include a cheap item. For that reason, I was going to buy some children's toothpaste rather than steradent when compiling my list for a dental shop (until somebody gave some rather good uses for steradent!)

The penny has just dropped for me on that one!

I think I've just had a Eureka moment - so what you are saying is that we can buy ANY cheap item within the target group (in this case cheap bleach) plus 2, 5 0r 8 more expensive ones. Its just a case of finding the cheapest possible item. I've been getting a rice pot as it saves thinking about it and searching around but in theory I could get anything in the matching groups and the final price per item would vary depending on the price of the cheapest item.

Yes. A couple of us said this earlier today :rotfl:

Edit, just seen your next post, glad it all makes sense now :)

    Will keep looking.Thanks

Zoe - the Oreos (154g) which are £1 in A at the mo compare @ 49p against W. They are one of my fillers when I do a W shop. Also the 17p A SP milk choc bar (100g) comes up as NA but can still be a filler. HTH.

Minor trouting today. SA at self serve was extra cautious when approving my apg. She counted every item on the receipt, looked at the voucher paper (in fact she checked it against the light as if it were a £20 note!) checked every number on the barcode and then mumbled something about getting a supervisoer then she put it through anyway!? Strange woman.

Hope everyone is having a better day and finding lovely SA's xx
I've just been trouted by Wall Mart CEO (she thinks), after querying my APG (£8.0*) the supervisor said " they are all OK with a receipt put them through" she overruled the supervisor and refused to put them through until he checked with a manager !
Super disappeared for 5 mins only to come back and say put them through like I said.
I do hope shes there @ 17.30 I shall seek her out.
